You know you can find Completely Crazy every Saturday at the Hollywood Blvd in Woodridge – the last Friday of every month, we let our hair down and perform at the Arcada in St. Charles! It’s an earlier show (11pm) – it’s an old movie palace with a bar and they even have a chocolate/candy store down the hall in the building.
So our next two shows are Feb 16 (Saturday, midnight!) and Feb 22 (Friday, 11pm!), followed by our regular Saturday midnight show at Hollywood Blvd Feb 23.
See you there!
We LOVE double show weekends. And it’s the last weekend of the month, so there are two shows: Friday at the Arcada in St. Charles, then Saturday at the Hollywood Blvd in Woodridge!
We’ll be raising money this week at both shows for the Fight For Air 31-flight charity stairclimb – if you’re a smoker make sure the American Lung Association is there for you when you need them!
Or you can donate on-line: go to http://action.lung.org/site/TR/Climb/ALAUM_Upper_Midwest?team_id=56769&pg=team&fr_id=6240 and pick Audrey, Wally, Rob, or Alice. (Help Wally out – he’s cute and we know you love him!)

October, we love you! We nearly sold out tonight (200+ people!), and on October 27 at Hollywood Blvd, as part of our big Halloween blowout we will have TWO theaters with casts performing the film simultaneously! Warm up for that with Rocky at the Arcada in St. Charles Friday, Oct. 26…then come back for more on Oct. 31, where Rocky Horror will cap the Arcada’s big Halloween party (the Genitorturers will be there!).
Oct. 21, next Sunday, we will be raising awareness of Rocky Horror and raising money for Family Shelter Service by walking 5K in costume after putting on another kickass October show for you – thank you to our amazing, wonderful, we-love-you audience for contributing $140+ at the show. We’re gonna try to break $2000 raised- please help by donating on-line at our fundraising page if you can. $2, $5, whatever you can. Thanks!
Our audiences are GREAT. Last night the Arcada audience put us over the top to raise $300 against domestic violence. We have another $200 to raise before Oct. 21 – thanks for your support so far, and keep it coming!

The long slide into Halloween is starting!
The last Friday of the month we have a show at the ARCADA in St. Charles August 31. We’re there every month! Show is at 11pm, and we’ll be bringing our new Rocky Horror buttons. Like the Hollywood, they have a bar and memorabilia (mostly rock and roll). Unlike the Hollywood, they have twisty gold columns and a fancy painted ceiling. Come mix it up with us!
Superhero Night was such a hit at Hollywood Blvd that we’re proud to announce ARRRRH!HPS – PIRATE NIGHT on Sept. 15 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of International Talk Like a Pirate Day. We’re on their calendar of events (don’t believe us? check out http://www.talklikeapirate.com/piratehome.html).
So pull out your eyepatch, repurpose that bandana as a pirate kerchief, and tell our waitstaff you want a bottle of rum – we’ll make sure you have a little Captain (Frank N Furter) in you!
Finally, YES, we are doing a 5K walk in costume through downtown Downers Grove for Family Shelter Services. We’ve raised over $150 thanks in large part to our generous audience and of course our families and friends (Hi, Mom!). Please bring some extra change to the show, and drop your change in the 5K “Run For Her Life” tip jar after buying your prop kits. We hate domestic violence – Frank and Columbia can tell you it’s killer.
You can also donate on-line: http://www.active.com/donate/fssrunforherlife/ccrhps We don’t take credit cards…but they do.
See you at the shows!
